Competition Paralegal

Job Title: Competition/Antitrust Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: 100% office based, (5 days in)

About the company: A prestigious US law firm

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Antitrust team on a permanent basis. The role will involve assisting the Antitrust Partners across filings matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating information sharing across multinational competition filings.
• Preparing filings for submission to competition authorities.
• Drafting pitches and business development material.

Qualifications: The suitable candidates will have a minimum 2.1 degree, at least 12 months competition/antitrust, merger control or transactional experience (ideally gained from a similar law firm environment).
