Job Description - Complaints Administrator

As a Customer Relations Executive, you won't just handle complaints - you'll turn dissatisfaction into trust, questions into clarity, and problems into real, lasting solutions.

?? What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be the voice of reassurance - professionally manage complaints and customer concerns across a range of products and services.

  • Keep communication flowing - ensure customers feel heard, understood, and updated every step of the way.

  • Partner with multiple teams across the business to drive resolutions that feel fair and personal.

  • Investigate customer concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully, always putting yourself in their shoes.

  • Keep detailed and compliant records on internal systems (CMS and complaints log).

  • Ensure all processes meet FCA standards and align with customer-first principles.

?? Stretch Your Skills (and Yourself):
  • Become a subject matter expert in complaints resolution and customer experience.

  • Support and mentor peers by stepping into leadership when needed.

  • Get involved in cross-team projects and process improvements that directly impact customer outcomes.

? What You Bring:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confidence in decision-making and good judgment.

  • Experience handling complaints in a regulated environment (FCA experience is highly desirable).

  • Familiarity with the Motor Finance industry is a plus.
