Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £15.33 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Complaints Response Writer to join our team . Based in Lister Hospital , this role is vital in ensuring clear and effective communication with our healthcare professionals and stakeholders, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence in NHS staffing services.

What you’ll be responsible for:

* Draft and respond to complaints with professionalism and clarity.

* Maintain accurate records of complaint correspondence.

* Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.

* Ensure all responses adhere to NHS policies and standards.

* Support continuous improvement by analyzing complaint trends.

* Communicate effectively with multilingual stakeholders.

* Uphold the organization's commitment to excellent service and patient care.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Strong written skills with attention to detail.

* Experience in data entry or record keeping.

* Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

* Multilingual abilities are a plus.

* Previous experience in complaints handling is preferred.

* Familiarity with NHS or healthcare environment is advantageous.
