Job Description - Complex care assistant

Location –

Clacton

Days of work - Day shifts Hourly Rate: £11.55

are looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Clacton area.

If you have experience with working with children we would be willing to supply training for the other duties.

We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team.

This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.

Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.

Your ongoing development, whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.

You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine.

Our client loves stories and their care team singing to them.

They also enjoy days out at the zoo or the beach feeling the sand between their toes and wind on their face.

Your day to day activities may include: Epilepsy/ Seizure Management Peg Feeding

Oxygen Therapy Oral suctioning
