We are currently recruiting a Service Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated care team in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-quality, person-centred care service and to drive its continued growth and success.

Reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager, you will be joining a well-established, award-winning organisation that offers comprehensive support, continuous training, and access to innovative care technologies.

• Learning disabilities

• Mental health conditions

• Physical disabilities

• Complex behaviours that challenge

• High-level personal care needs

? Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within health & social care
? Proven track record in domiciliary care service management
? Strong leadership and team motivation skills
? Excellent knowledge of current CQC regulations and standards

• Leading and supervising a team of support workers

• Developing, reviewing, and updating individual care plans

• Conducting risk assessments

• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal audits

• Supporting training, recruitment, and retention of staff
