The Role - Complex Needs Teacher
Seeking a dedicated and adaptable Complex Needs Teacher to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist SEN setting. You will teach small classes and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs. The role involves planning engaging lessons, working towards EHCP outcomes, promoting communication and independence, managing behaviour positively and working closely with teaching assistants and therapists to support each pupil's development.
