This full-time role begins on 1st September as a 12-week temporary contract, transitioning into a long-term permanent position.
About the Role:

• Work closely with SEN adults to support their learning and personal development.
• Assist educators in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Provide individualised support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.
• Foster independence and confidence in learners through tailored assistance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant supporting SEN adults or children.
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability in working with diverse needs.
• A compassionate and proactive approach to learning support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
