📍 Kingston upon Thames💷 £14-£18 per hour (depending on experience)⏰ Temporary Opportunity | Immediate Start AvailableHybrid - 1 to 2 days in office

Are you an organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating schedules, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes?
We're recruiting for a candidate to join a busy and supportive healthcare organisation on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available and looking to utilise their administration, coordination and organisational skills in a rewarding role.
What you'll be doing:

Managing and publishing staff rotas
Coordinating shift bookings and resolving last-minute staffing issues
Supporting onboarding and compliance processes
Maintaining accurate personnel records and databases
Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
Producing reports and providing updates to stakeholders
Liaising with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professionals
Supporting inductions and training administration We're looking for:

Previous administration, coordination, customer service or compliance experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and work proactively
Confident IT and database skills
Someone who enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team
