Location: South Africa - Hermanus (Office Based)
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm / 9:00am - 6:00pm (SA Time)
Start Date: Flexible
Reporting to: Compliance Manager

As we grow our global footprint, we're looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our world-class compliance team and play a crucial role in supporting our UK operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle reference checks and send out standard letters for candidates.
• Keep track of candidate documents and make sure their records are up to date.
• Monitor background check payments and remind candidates to renew when needed.
• Regularly check that background checks are still valid.
• Help the team stay on top of compliance tasks and suggest ways we can do things better.
• Support with other admin tasks when needed.
