Job Description - Compliance Administrator

Compliance Administrator | Poole | Up to £27,000

As Compliance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Collating, organising, and maintaining internal filing and document systems
  • Supporting due diligence by collecting and verifying client and supplier information
  • Gathering documents from third-party sources and entering data accurately
  • Flagging discrepancies or concerns for further review
  • Managing departmental email filing systems
  • Handling routine client correspondence to support onboarding
As Compliance Administrator, your experience will include:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in office administration or data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and excellent communication skills
