The Role

The Compliance Analyst role involves supporting the delivery of compliance monitoring, horizon scanning, operational risk management, and providing advisory support across the business. This position offers exposure to various aspects of compliance in a scaling business, with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst:

• Support compliance monitoring activities and document findings
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on the business
• Maintain and update the operational risk register
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to teams across the business
• Collaborate on projects, policy reviews, and training initiatives

Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Analyst role:

• 1-3 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory environments
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Degree level qualification (desirable)
