I’m currently working with a brilliant well-established law firm that has an exceptional reputation in their sector and is really embedded in the local community. They’re now looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join their growing Compliance function.

The Role:
You’ll be part of ensuring the firm’s compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Client Due Diligence (CDD), and Sanctions obligations across all departments. This is a varied role that will see you:

• Act as the first point of contact for AML/KYC queries, supporting colleagues with practical guidance and training.
• Review source of funds, ID checks, and onboarding processes, and escalate higher-risk cases appropriately.
• Support ongoing monitoring and reporting, identifying areas of risk or non-compliance and recommending improvements.
• Help keep policies, procedures, and the Practice Wide Risk Assessment up to date with regulatory changes.
• Maintain and develop the AML knowledge hub and assist in the delivery of training and compliance reviews.

About you?

• Knowledge of (and experience in) legal compliance, speifically CDD, AML, EDD and SOW/F
• 1+ year experience in legal compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability communicate with colleagues at all levels
• Drive to progress and learn in the compliance world
