As the Compliance & Professional Standards Executive, you will play a central role in upholding and evolving the firm's approach to quality, compliance, and continuous development across its global practice. You'll work alongside the Compliance & Risk team, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure legal professionals across the business are delivering their best work, in full alignment with ethical, regulatory and professional obligations.

From helping lawyers understand their obligations in a hybrid and AI-enabled world, to embedding compliance into performance reviews, your work will directly impact how excellence is delivered at scale.

You will need a strong working knowledge of SRA standards and a track record in compliance, ethics or professional standards within a law firm. You need to bring the confidence to work cross-functionally, the clarity to design impactful training, and the mindset to champion integrity, growth and continuous improvement.
