Overview:

Reed Legal is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm to recruit a dedicated Compliance & Risk Solicitor. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at the heart of the firm’s property practice, supporting regulatory compliance and managing high-risk residential files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on technical and regulatory matters within the Real Estate department
• Oversee and support the management of high-risk residential property files
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of compliance and risk protocols
• Advise on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and internal risk policies
• Assist with substantive file reviews and escalate issues where necessary
• Support the Post Completions team with technical queries and Land Registry requisitions
• Promote best practices in client service, communication, and workload management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in real estate compliance or residential property law
• Strong understanding of AML regulations and risk management procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in IT systems and project management
• Committed to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality
