Yolk Recruitment is proud to be supporting an established and innovative manufacturing business in their search for a Compliance & Sustainability Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in a business environment who's ready to develop their career in compliance, sustainability, and environmental management.

You'll play a key role in ensuring industry standards are met, sustainability targets are achieved, and best practices are implemented across the organisation. If you're ambitious, detail-driven, and passionate about compliance and environmental responsibility, this role could be your next career step!

Key responsibilities:

• Support and deliver compliance and sustainability projects across the business.
• Build knowledge of relevant industry standards and represent the company on appropriate councils.
• Coordinate and prepare for external audits, ensuring successful accreditation.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, policies, and procedures.
• Provide compliance training to teams and monitor training records.
• Work with product teams to ensure compliance of new and existing products in the UK and internationally.
• Facilitate Environmental Product Declarations, Product Environmental Datasheets, and Health Product Declarations.
• Support carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist sales teams with compliance-related tender requirements
