We are recruiting a Travel Compliance Expenses Manager for a very well respected think tank in central London.

Description

This is a brand new role so plenty of opportunity to make it your own. The role is a mixture of compliance and relationship management but would suit someone with a good knowledge of finance as it will sit within the finance team and report directly into the Head of Finance. This is also a global role and totally vital in the organisation.

The role will involve maintaining and building relationships with travel companies and negotiating the best price for travel as the team travel extensively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all travel booked complies with company policy in terms of cost and has been processed through the relevant channels. You will need to be particularly diplomatic dealing with your colleagues as they will all be very high profile within the political world!

Profile

This is a new role and requires quite a varied skill-set. You will be excellent at relationship management, be diplomatic and firm at pushing back with people not compiling to policy. You will also need to track the expenses via excel so need to be able to work with Excel at formulae level and use pivot tables and have worked as part of a finance team.

This is a totally brilliant role for the right person working for an incredible organisation. You will be working with world political leaders.

Job Offer

£50,000 - £57,000 (depending on the candidate)
