Compliance Apprentice

Location: East Morton, Keighley
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible start between 7am - 7pm)
Salary: £15,000 FTE

• Assisting with compliance checks and maintaining accurate records

• Answering queries from clients, consultants, and candidates

• Identifying and escalating compliance issues when necessary

• Supporting audits and compliance procedures

• Learning to implement key compliance policies and processes

• Communicating via phone and email with internal and external stakeholders

• Gaining practical experience while studying for a Level 3 HR CIPD qualification

• No prior experience needed - just a willingness to learn!

• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

• Basic IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• A proactive, resilient, and adaptable mindset

• A passion for professional growth and continuous learning

• Fully funded Level 3 HR CIPD qualification
