• Handle queries with clarity, care, and professionalism.

• Keep shared inboxes tidy and responses prompt.
• Suggest smart ways to improve how we do things.

What you'll bring:

• A background within customer service who has a keen interest progressing within finance
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident with digital tools.
• Previous experience in telephone based customer service
