Compliance Assistant - Construction Sector
Wellingborough
Hours - Monday to Friday full time
Salary up to £30,000 pa

Our established client based in Wellingborough is seeking a Compliance Assistant to support its Compliance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a team committed to regulatory excellence and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Compliance team in managing regulatory and contractual compliance across projects.
Maintain and update compliance records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
Support audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
Monitor changes in regulations and help implement necessary adjustments.
Ensure all certifications and accreditations are current.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in compliance, administration, or construction-related roles is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, team-oriented approach.
