Compliance Associate

One Ten Associates are partnering with a Private Equity Fund that is looking to hire a Compliance Associate to join their wider compliance team, based in London. This will be a generalist compliance role reporting into the Head of Compliance. 

Duties will include:

• Conducting compliance monitoring reviews in accordance to the compliance monitoring programme
• Review, update and implement compliance policies/procedures
• Review financial promotions/marketing materials to ensure they are compliant with FCA COBS rules (and other jurisdictions) 
• Conduct KYC/AML checks
• Central compliance tasks, including maintaining records of gifts & entertainment, personal dealing etc... 

The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years compliance experience having worked within the asset management industry. Generalised compliance experience is required with experience across all key areas (monitoring, central compliance, AML/KYC, etc...)
