Compliance Consultant

Synchronicity Financial Services is working with a long-standing client who are a highly reputable compliance consultancy serving wholesale buy-side firms. Part of their business is a hugely successful regulatory hosting platform and due to continued growth they are looking for a Compliance Generalist with 3+ years experience to join their team.

You will be the primary compliance resource for a number of Appointed Representatives, typically asset managers, hedge funds and private equity firms. You will lead monitoring reviews, implement policies, provide compliance training and regulatory advice and review and approve financial promotions. There is no sales/BD involved in this role, but you will have a natural ability to build and nurture existing client relationships.

We are looking for 3+ years compliance experience within consulting, regulatory hosting, in-house or at the FCA, with thorough knowledge of the FCA handbook and AIFMD and extensive compliance monitoring experience.
