Compliance Coordinator - 6 Month FTC - Southend

Are you detail oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Vacancy and Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team and support a key client with high-level compliance operations for a maternity cover fixed term contract.

As a Vacancy and Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client's operations meet rigorous compliance standards. You'll be responsible for:

• Conducting multi-level, complex compliance checks and audits
• Collating and managing large volumes of digital data with precision
• Preparing reports and documentation for internal and client-facing compliance meetings
• Working across multiple digital platforms and tech systems
• Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance processes

We're seeking someone who is:

• Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive and able to anticipate compliance needs
• Fast working without compromising accuracy
• Collaborative, with strong communication skills
• Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and systems
• Experienced in compliance, auditing, or a similar administrative role

Desirable skills

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory standards
• Strong data management and reporting skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
