Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected financial services organisation in South Yorkshire for a Compliance Manager. This is a senior-level opportunity to lead the compliance function, contribute to strategic planning, and support a culture of regulatory excellence.

• Act as a key compliance advisor to the senior leadership team
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate updates across the business
• Develop and implement the annual compliance plan
• Identify and mitigate risks in collaboration with senior management
• Supervise and support advisers, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Oversee internal and external file reviews
• Handle complaints in line with regulatory expectations
• Approve marketing and company literature
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance standards
• Design and maintain induction and ongoing training programmes
• Vet potential recruits for fitness and propriety
• Support RMAR submissions and liaise with the FCA
• Manage the paraplanning team and ensure adherence to internal standards

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry
• Level 4 qualified (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent)
• Experience in file reviews, supervision, complaints handling, and mentoring
• A passion for technology and its application in compliance
• A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and team development
