We're recruiting for an experienced Operations, Compliance & HSEQ Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Health & Safety, Compliance and Operational Management who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and ensuring the business operates to the highest standards.

The Role of the Compliance Manager:

* Manage all Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality systems across the business

* Produce and maintain RAMS, site packs, COSHH records and compliance documentation

* Investigate incidents, accidents and implement corrective actions

* Oversee company accreditations

* Carry out site audits and ensure compliance across engineering teams

* Monitor daily operations, engineer deployment and job progress

The Ideal Compliance Manager:

✔ Previous HSEQ / Compliance Management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
✔ Experience managing audits, accreditations and compliance systems
✔ Confident working with operational teams and senior management
