Job Description - Compliance Monitoring Manager

We are excited to be working with a leading Financial Services institution that is looking to bring on a Compliance Monitoring Manager to the business.

In this role you will be responsible for a team, ensuring the business is consistent with meetings its regulatory obligations and keeps in-line with FCA rules and principles.

Provide guidance internally and externally to ensure the business adheres to all relevant rules and regulations
Establish yearly reports and plans to enhance compliance documentation
Ensure Compliance Reviews are completed to the highest standard and ahead of deadline
Oversight and execute the Compliance monitoring Plan (CMP) to ensure the business keeps abreast to all regulations and provides exceptional service for its customers in a timely manner
Foster a strong Compliance culture within the business – Not limited to Training, development and management of the team.

About you:

Excellent knowledge of FCA, DPA and AML regulations
Extensive experience handling SLAS Compliance policies and governance frameworks and report writing on business impacts
Experience within Financial Services, dealing with Government bodies
Solution focused and analytical mindset
Previous experience of Management, training and reviewing work
Confident in representing the Compliance function at Senior Stakeholder meetings, Committees and wider business events
Ability to build relationships, drive compliance outcomes, and work independently on regulatory matters.
