As Compliance Officer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Compliance, playing a central role in shaping the firm’s regulatory framework and driving high standards across the business.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:

• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance risks.
• Ensure FCA reporting requirements are fulfilled.
• Investigate and report compliance breaches or irregularities.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support integrated risk management.
• Contribute to the Consumer Duty Committee to help drive positive customer outcomes.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Head of Compliance and a team of external Compliance Consultants who provide ongoing training and support.
