Job Description - Compliance Officer
Due to continued successes my client is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer for their wealth management company based in NE Lincs. This can be a full time or part time permanent role.

The role of a compliance officer it to assist the Compliance Director with all compliance related tasks including offering support and guidance to financial advisers, file checking, working with policies and procedures and support with training and competency of staff.
My client will consider someone with limited or vast experience, as full training is available and the breath of the role is huge. It is essential however, you have a Diploma in Financial Services.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the financial services industry and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial services products.
This role will therefore suit a recent graduate in their second year of employment and wanting to progress into Wealth Management and further FS, or a current advisor looking to step away from advising and move into compliance (maybe on a part time basis).
