We are working with a highly regarded law firm in Central Manchester who are seeking to appoint a Compliance Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to take a key role in ensuring the firm continues to meet all regulatory and professional standards, while supporting the business in delivering exceptional client service.

The Role As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance within the firm. Your duties will include:

Acting as the firm’s primary point of contact for compliance-related queries.
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to SRA regulations, AML requirements, GDPR, and other relevant legislation.
Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and training programmes.
Conducting regular risk assessments, audits, and file reviews.
Supporting senior management with regulatory reporting and governance matters.
Advising colleagues across the firm to ensure best practice in compliance.

About You We are looking for someone with:

Previous experience in a compliance role within a law firm
Strong knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations, AML legislation, and data protection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with strong organisational skills.
