Compliance Officer (Trainee)

We’re looking for a trainee Compliance Officer to support our dynamic Compliance team. Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow your skills in a supportive, professional environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Full training and support for professional qualifications will be provided.

Duties will include:

• Assist with risk assessments, PEPs, sanctions, and adverse media screenings

• Monitor and review transactions for suspicious activity

• Investigate suspicious activity reports (SARs)

• Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reporting and documentation

• Adhere to FCA Conduct Rules and assist with day-to-day compliance operations

Desirable skills

• Basic understanding of AML regulations (MLRs, POCA, FCA guidelines)

• Awareness of CDD, KYC, sanctions regimes, and PEP screening

• Either relevant qualifications or some hands-on exposure to AML or compliance work

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
