We're looking for a highly organised Compliance Property Manager to oversee compliance across a residential property portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Scottish legislative and safety requirements.
The Role
* Manage property compliance across a residential portfolio
* Coordinate inspections, certifications, and remedial works
* Monitor key requirements including gas safety, EICRs, HMO licensing, fire safety, and alarms
* Maintain accurate records and compliance reporting
* Work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and Property Managers
* Proactively identify risks and ensure deadlines are met
About You
* Experience in property management, compliance, or a similar administrative role
* Strong knowledge of Scottish property legislation and compliance requirements
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Proficient with property management systems such as SME and Fixflo
* Full UK driving licence required
Desirable
* Residential lettings or property management experience
* HMO compliance knowledge
* ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualification Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
