In the role, you will be responsible for managing the company's quality management systems, ensuring compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and customer-specific requirements. You'll coordinate and lead internal and external audits, manage KPIs, and oversee compliance-related training. You will liaise closely with senior teams, external bodies, and suppliers to ensure high standards are maintained across the business. Occasionally, you may travel to customer and supplier sites.

The Role:

• Manage the QMS ensuring compliance with NADCAP and AS9100
• Lead internal/external audits and track quality KPIs
• Oversee compliance training, spec reviews, calibrations, and testing

The Person:

• Quality/compliance experience in manufacturing or aerospace
• Familiar with NADCAP, AS9100, and auditing tools (8D, 5-Why)
• Strong communicator, located near Exeter
