Are you a detail-oriented Facilities Compliance Specialist or Maintenance Supervisor with a sharp eye for health and safety, data accuracy, and statutory documentation?
We are seeking a proactive Compliance Supervisor to join our large, dedicated on-site FM engineering team at a flagship static facility. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of all statutory compliance tracking, safety documentation, audit readiness, and contractor governance across the estate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Statutory Compliance Oversight: Track, monitor, and maintain total statutory compliance across all mechanical, electrical, water hygiene (L8), fire safety, and building fabric assets.

Documentation & Data Control: Audit and log all PPM completion records, service reports, compliance certificates, sub-contractor RAMS, and logbooks on the site CAFM database.
*
Audit Readiness: Prepare, conduct, and lead internal and external compliance audits, maintaining strict document control and closing out any non-conformances promptly.
*
Health & Safety Governance: Ensure site health and safety standards are enforced; review Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), issue Permits to Work (PTW), and monitor contractor site inductions.
*
Data Analysis & Reporting: Produce accurate weekly and monthly compliance dashboards, reporting key metrics, risk registers, and KPI performance to senior account leadership and the client.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider engineering and maintenance team to schedule compliance-critical works and resolve any technical documentation gaps.
REQUIREMENTS & PERSON SPECIFICATION

FM Experience: Proven background in Facilities Management, hard services maintenance, or building compliance within a commercial, public sector, or industrial environment.
*
Data & IT Literacy: Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience using CAFM/IWMS platforms (e.g., Concept Evolution, Maximo, Planon).
*
H&S Knowledge: Deep understanding of statutory compliance regulations (e.g., L8/Water Hygiene, Fire Safety, Electricity at Work, Pressure Systems, Gas Safety).
*
Qualifications (Desirable): IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate, or a recognised FM/compliance qualification.

Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational capability, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
