What you’ll be doing day to day:
Tracking and assisting with KYC requests Helping to arrange annual training for Compliance and ESG Assisting with collating information for quarterly compliance monitoring meetings Tracking regulatory returns and surveys, ensuring completed and filed on time Assisting with ESG reporting Helping to maintain database for investor queries Liaising with marketing and Investor Relations teams regarding marketing material Helping to arrange events and roadshows Providing CIO with administrative support; including arranging meetings and travel and some inbox management Handling expenses
The skills you need to bring:
Previous administrative experience in financial services Meticulous attention to detail Genuine team player approach Desire to learn and be part of a dynamic, growing team Advanced MS Office
