Job Title: Component Manufacturing Production Controller
Location: Dorking
Salary: Up to £38,165k
Hours: Monday to Friday Days – 37.5 hours per week

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Production Controller to support the efficient flow of production within a busy manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for managing production orders, maintaining ERP/MRP data, coordinating subcontract activities, and ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Release and manage production orders.
Monitor material shortages and resolve production issues.
Maintain accurate ERP/MRP system transactions and records.
Coordinate subcontract work and schedules.
Work closely with Production, Stores, Planning, and Procurement teams.
Ensure accurate material movements and inventory control.
Support continuous improvement and maintain health & safety standards.About You
Experience in production control, planning, logistics, or supply chain.
Good understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Manufacturing or fabrication experience is advantageous.Benefits
