We are looking for a Composite Trim and Assembly Team Lead to take charge of a team responsible for the assembly of composite components. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our assembled parts meet the highest standards of quality and performance. • Lead, motivate, and supervise a trim and assembly team during your shift, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
• Ensure that all assembly processes are followed correctly, maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure components are manufacturable and align with design specifications
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Implement and maintain safety and quality protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Excellent understanding of quality control and assurance standards
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging open communication and sharing of ideas
• A methodical and thorough approach with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• Oversee inline inspection procedures during the assembly process

• Significant experience in composite assembly processes within the motorsport or aerospace sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing techniques
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing small teams
• Excellent understanding of quality control and assurance standards
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide team members
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies is advantageous
• Enthusiasm for motorsport and a commitment to excellence
