Key Responsibilities

Trimming and finishing carbon fibre and composite components.
Working from drawings, templates and trim specifications.
Using hand and power tools to achieve accurate component dimensions.
Drilling, cutting, sanding and finishing composite parts.
Carrying out visual and dimensional quality checks.
Working closely with laminators and production/engineering teams.
Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and workshop safety.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer / Composite Technician.
Ideally 3-5+ years' experience within automotive, motorsport or a similar high-performance manufacturing environment.
Strong experience working with carbon fibre composites.
Confident using composite trimming and finishing tools.
Able to work accurately to drawings and specifications
