Job Description - Compounding Unit Supervisor

I am currently looking to recruit a Compounding Unit Supervisor to work at a pharmaceutical homecare company based in Burton on Trent.

You will be required to provide technical and operational management of the compounding unit and to co-ordinate the technical induction, training and validation of all staff working in these departments. You will also contribute to the strategic planning for the compounding unit to maintain and improve services. A full job description can be provided upon request.

The role will be working weekly alternating shifts of 6am to 2pm, and 1pm - 9pm (11am - 7pm Friday).
