Job Description

CAD Technician – Mechanical Engineering / Designer
Manchester, Wythenshawe (Hybrid working)

As a CAD Technician you will provide drawing services for all Processes with Endress+Hauser using AutoCAD and Inventor.

Main responsibilities:
You will encompass all aspects of drawing support utilising AutoCAD / Inventor.
You will be responsible for the timely scheduling of drawing workload to ensure that drawings are presented in a professional and timely manner.
You will prepare mechanical detailed drawings, electrical schematics, STEP files and general arrangement drawings for customer review.
You will prepare detailed manufacturing drawings for CoC production.
You will liaise with Project Coordinators, Tendering, CoC and Business Development staff to ensure that the drawings meet the customer needs.
You will provide support to other departments and customers as deemed appropriate by the Team Leader Project Coordination.

Qualification + Profile
You will have experience in the below skillset:
HND in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
Shop / Production 2D Drafting.
3D modelling and detailed part drawing
Exploded assembly views and Animations.
Mechanical drawings / designer
Step file and GA drawings
Individual component drawings and section views
Fabrication Drawings
Bill of Materials
