Position Overview: As a Computer Repair & Sales Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain a unique hands-on experience in various aspects of the computing world. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you'll assist with product repairs, develop exceptional customer service skills, and contribute to a dynamic sales environment

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Learn from experienced technicians by assisting with repairs and troubleshooting Apple products


• Develop customer service skills by greeting clients in a formal manner and offering solutions accordingly


• Contribute to sales by assisting with transactions and inventory


• Learn repairs and maintain a clean work environment


• Curate captivating social media content for our company

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong passion for computing


• Basic computer literacy (Apple experience is a plus)


• Ability to work consistently under pressure


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Friendly and approachable with a commitment to customer service


• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.


• Confident spoken and written English

Education:

• Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C [Maths, Computer Science, Science, Media; preferably]*


• Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]
