The Role

The school is seeking a skilled Computer Science Teacher with the ability to teach across all key stages, from KS3 to A-Level. Whether you're an experienced professional or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), the school provides a comprehensive CPD program to help you grow. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and high-quality Computer Science lessons to a diverse range of students.


• Developing and implementing a curriculum that covers core topics such as programming, computational thinking, and digital literacy.


• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.


• Collaborating with colleagues to create a dynamic and innovative learning environment.


• Contributing to the school's enrichment and extracurricular activities, such as coding clubs.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE.


• Experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary school level, including A-Level.


• A strong understanding of the latest technologies and an eagerness to keep your knowledge up-to-date.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Application

The salary for this position is competitive and will be paid to the MPS/UPS scale (approximately £32,916 - £51,048), depending on your experience and qualifications.
