This full-time, permanent position is available for an immediate start and offers the opportunity to teach Computer Science up to KS5, equipping students with essential programming, problem-solving, and computational thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach Computer Science across KS3, KS4, and KS5, engaging students with hands-on programming tasks


• Support students in learning programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript


• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Computer Science coursework and exams


• Work collaboratively to enhance the Computing curriculum with the latest industry trends


• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, robotics competitions, and hackathons

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related subject


• PGCE or QTS


• Experience teaching Computer Science up to KS5
