Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Concession Manager to join a well-known premium retail brand in Blackpool. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic fashion retailer.

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the concession, driving sales, and leading a motivated team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), support staff development, and ensure a high level of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of a Concession Manager:

• Oversee all aspects of concession, including staff management, stock control, and sales performance
• Build strong relationships with store management
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
• Train, develop, and motivate the team, providing coaching and career progression opportunities
• Monitor store performance, analyse sales trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue
• Drive the team to achieve company objectives and maintain high standards
• Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and senior management

Experience and Background:

• Previous retail experience at a supervisor or management level.
• A passion and strong interest in fashion
• A strong understanding of KPIs and experience in driving store performance
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• A track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
