We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join the team in our dealership in Whitefield.
This is a full-time role.
45 hours
Salary £27,261

You will be:
Providing a consistent and exceptional level of service to support the productivity and efficiency of the service department.
Ensuring that our customers visit to the retailer is managed to the highest standard.
Maintaining the service car park and surrounding parking areas, ensuring that all the technicians are supplied in a timely manner with their next vehicle
Providing assistance to all team members and customers. Actively engaging with the department to facilitate improvements in both individual and team performance in terms of sold hours.
Ascertaining the individual requirements of the technicians, providing timely support to assist in their achievement of the highest effective levels of productively.
Ensuring that the car parking and associated areas are free from litter and debris.
You will have:
Excellent customer and team handling skills.
Excellent business presentation/appearance with a pleasant and courteous manner.
A genuine desire to assist the business to achieve its objectives both in terms of customer experience and budgets.
A Full UK Drivers Licence.
Please note this position is based full time in the dealership and is not a hybrid role.
