Concierge Assistant

Location: Kensington
Salary: £27,500 per annum (inclusive of holiday pay)

We are seeking a Concierge Assistant to join the team.
Key responsibilities include:

• Manning the residence front entrance

• Providing car valet services

• Assisting the Concierge-Receptionists with front office, concierge and administrative tasks

• Maintaining exceptional service standards in line with resident's evolving needs

Multi-skilling and multi-tasking are essential in this role.

• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years)

• Concierge experience or relevant experience

• Clean licence with no penalty points

• Rotating early (7 am - 3 pm), late (3 pm - 11 pm) and day shifts (varied between 9 am - 5 pm / 12 pm - 8 pm depending on business needs)

• Average 40 hours per week

• Two days off per week

• 5.6 weeks holiday per year

Salary is paid monthly via bank transfer, after deduction of income tax and national insurance.
