Concrete Production Operative

Location: Barnwell, Northamptonshire, PE8

Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30 ( if available to stay till 16:30)

Pay:

£13.09/hr standard

£19.64/hr overtime

Join a leading manufacturer of high-quality concrete products for the building industry. This is a hands-on role with real progression opportunities for those eager to learn and grow.

Your Role Includes:

Operating machinery and equipment safely
Assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks
Inspecting products to maintain quality
Supporting production targets as part of a team
A high level of manual handling, including moving and positioning concrete posts
Being on your feet and working on your legs for most of the day

Ideal Background:

Construction, roofing, scaffolding, groundwork, or similar. Other backgrounds welcome!
