Conduct Analyst - Insurance - £50,000 - £65,000 - London / Hybrid

Oliver James are pleased to be working with a well-respected Lloyd's market insurance business looking to bring in a Conduct Analyst to help deliver its conduct framework across the UK operation.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing compliance team and gain hands-on exposure to areas such as:

• Supporting the delivery of the firm's conduct risk framework

• Conducting reviews, thematic work and risk assessments

• Monitoring implementation of Consumer Duty obligations

• Advising the business on conduct risks in the first and second line

• Drafting reports, MI and escalation summaries for senior stakeholders

• Involvement in training and awareness sessions around good customer outcomes

They are looking for someone with conduct risk and compliance experience in the insurance space, ideally Lloyd's market who is seeking the next step in their career, and keen to join a market-leading business.
