The purpose of the role As a Conduct Investigator, you'll lead investigations into potential conduct breaches , including our Code of Code , policies and values . You'll play a critical role in safeguarding trust across our organisation, ensuring every case is handled with fairness, discretion, and professionalism.
What You'll Do - Lead investigations into allegations of non-financial misconduct , ensuring timely , thorough, and impartial outcomes.
- Partner with relevant Subject Matter Experts across the Gro up as required .
- Gather and analyse evidence , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at every stage.
- Interview stakeholders and document findings clearly and objectively.
- Document findings and maintain accurate case records.
- Ensure adherence to the i nvestigations ' m eth odology and other applicable policies and procedures.
- Participate in triage meetings as requ ired to determine investigation pathways.
- Prepare and maintain conduct-related Management Information (MI) and metrics .
- Identify trends and provide insights to strengthen the conduct risk environment.
- Champion continuous improvement .
What w e're l ooking for - Experience in conduct investigations , with an audit, compliance, or regulatory enforcement background .
- Strong knowledge of regulatory conduct frameworks and investigative practices .
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with relevant stakeholders globally .
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple cases under pressure.
- Integrity, discretion, empathy, and sound judgement .

Qualifications
- Equivalent experience or a degree in Law, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or similar is preferable.
