Diamond Search are delighted to be representing our client in the recruitment of a qualified Conductor to join a specialist education setting in West Sussex.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to children and young people with neurological motor impairments and associated needs, supporting learners aged 3–19 through a holistic Conductive Education approach.

Set within beautiful grounds near Horsham, the school offers specialist facilities including sensory spaces, outdoor learning areas and a swimming pool.

The Role

As a Conductor, you'll play a key role within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality Conductive Education and supporting pupils to develop confidence, independence and functional skills.

You'll be responsible for:

Planning and delivering group and individual Conductive Education sessions.

Leading and implementing programmes to support pupil development.

*

Monitoring and assessing progress.

*

Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments.

*

Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families and other professionals.

*

Supporting pupils' physical, emotional and personal care needs.

*

Contributing to reviews, planning and wider school development.

About You

We're looking for a:

Qualified Conductor with relevant experience.

Experienced professional who has worked with children and young people in a Conductive Education setting.

Strong team player comfortable working within a multidisciplinary environment.

*

Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.

*

Adaptable, empathetic and enthusiastic.

Passionate about helping children and young people achieve their potential.
