Shift Pattern: 2pm to 10.30pm or 12-8.30pm 5 days over 7, weekends included.

As a Conference And Banqueting Porter you will be looking after 22 meeting rooms

Your job will be to ensure customer satisfaction in the conference function by providing efficient, and warm service.

Your responsibilities will be to set up, break down and provide full cleaning of conferences, meetings, conventions, and banquets based on event orders and guest needs.

· You will also need to be well organised and be able to anticipate our clients needs and also form positive relationships with our long term customers.

· Set up function rooms according to event orders, function sheet and/ take direction from the Operations Manager.

Be trained to test the Swimming pool and all procedures around it.
Support the food and beverage team when required.
Have good working relationships with all departments
Know how to operate all departmental equipment, including technical equipment such as copying machine, projectors, TV's etc.;
Provide and refresh food and beverage as required.

This position offers

£10.90 per hour

Full and part times available

Shift patterns will predominantly be 8 hours and starting from 8am to 4pm, but shift times may vary depending on the needs of the business.
