Job Description

We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & EXTROVERTED full-time Conference & Banqueting Team Member who wants to join a team at a VIBRANT central London Hotel! As a Conference & Banqueting Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and courteous welcome to all guests, ensuring they are greeted and seated promptly upon arrival
  • Deliver high-quality service during meetings, lunches, and coffee breaks, maintaining a consistent standard of excellence throughout all events
  • Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and queries efficiently and effectively
  • Assist with room setups and audio-visual equipment, ensuring all technical aspects of events are properly managed
  • Promote and upsell Food & Beverage items to guests, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings
  • Contribute to creating a positive guest experience by anticipating needs and providing attentive service throughout their visit
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness in all event areas

Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and maintaining the reputation of our establishment. We expect dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
